The mother-of-one made it known on X that lots of clinics in Turkey are in her dm.

She revealed that these clinics are requesting her to come for a free procedure.

However, Faith Nketsi revealed that she turned them down, as she her body of her dream, which she got by going under the knife.

“So many of these turkey clinics dm me asking if I want a free procedure like babes have you seen me? I’m good thanks,” she wrote.

Fans further affirmed her claim in the comment of the tweet.
